This plugin enables the administration of a wiki within a domain to specify different directory based data locations at the webserver.
Example: I have my main domain at http://www.gammaproduction.de with the wikiData you are actually looking at (located in specific directorys on the server). The plugin enables me to have a subdomain, e.g. http://someDifferentWWW.gammaproduction.de at a total different physical location at the server.
Both ‘wikis’ will have the same plugins, layouts user ... and so on, but they are stored at different locations.
The domains that lead to your dokuwiki can easily be redirected via the administration of the plugin where you enter the domain + subdomain and the new location either relative or absolute.
